Synergy Staging recently staged a beautiful remodel in Hillsboro, Oregon. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has a great floorplan with two masters - one on each level - a pool - both a living room and family room, plus a loft. We staged the entire house except for 2 bedrooms as the upstairs really needed to be defined for potential buyers.
Here are some pictures of the before and after results.

Absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
Very nice - Congrat!
Great job! I hope that it sold quickly.
David,
Everyone should learn a lesson from these photos...it is amazing how you turned a vacant house into an elegant but inviting home.
Wow David! Beautiful staging. Love the colors.
David - It is unbelievable what staging a home will do. I'm a firm believer that it gets a higher price and a faster sale.
The staging makes a huge difference doesn't it.Thanks for sharing.
Lovely staging in all rooms David! I really love the chaise-great color! Best wishes for a very quick sale.
David -- you and Nik did a fabulous job staging this home! I love those dolce chairs and have a couple of them too, they're so versatile. Those end tables are fun with the "air" interiors. I hope this home has a quick sale!
Sonya & Tosha ~ Thank you!
Tim ~ I will update when it sells.
Julie ~ I appreciate your comments. A picture is worth a thousand words
Wanda ~ Thanks! The house really allowed us to use a color palette that we love.
Robert ~ Thanks for your comments.
Bob ~ Staging makes a huge difference and is more important than ever in this market.
Cathy ~ Thanks so much Cathy. That chaise really pops, doesn't it?
Maureen ~ Always appreciate your feedback Maureen. Those chairs are wonderful and whenever they come back from a job they almost always go out to the next one! We'll see how quick this sells. The price seems right - it's all about finding the right buyer.
David,
Your staging is divine! The house looks amazing! I just love to see what great designs fellow stagers come up with. Thanks for sharing!
Sincerely,
Holly

Awesome! I especially like the bedding used.
Congratulations. Your post is being featured in the group Staging Before & After Pictures.
Kathy
Debbie ~ I'm glad you like the look. It turned out to be one of our favorites. Thanks!
Kathy ~ Thank you so much for the feature. The bedding is from West Elm - on sale of course! Isn't it great?
Another beautiful job.
David, I knew the photos would be gorgeous before I even opened your post, you're work is always incredible. Thanks for sharing :-)
It's amazing what a difference you made. I know the seller must have been thrilled!
Wow, David, congratulations on the feature. You did a great job!

Sheila ~ Thank you. I'll make sure to update this post when it sells.
Wow! Need we say more! When Realtors tell me they think staging doesn't work, I wonder how that is possible?! I really think the REO properties would do much better if the banks would catch on to the WOW factor of staging!
Thanks, great pictures that show the effectiveness of staging. Let us know how the sale goes.
Beautiful job! I have that same orchid staging my own master bath at the moment. Gotta love Michaels!
I also love the side tables in the upper master. Where did you get them?
David, I am so 'with you' on this subject. It's amazing that a little staging can go a long ways toward making a house feel like a home and that's really what it's all about, isn't it?!
Danell ~ Couldn't agree more. If banks would be willing to invest a bit more, they'd be surprised how much quicker, not too mention the possibly a higher price, the end result would be.
Gabe ~ Glad you could see how staging helped this property. I'll update when there is news.
Beth ~ Thanks! Orchids work in so many rooms. The side tables were from Target. They look good and are really light. What more could you ask for?
Marian ~ Creating an emotional connection to the house from the instant a buyer walks in is exactly what it's all about. Thanks!
Great job. Thanks for sharing the Before and After shots.
Kathy
Nice job. Please stage my empty house listing in NE Tennessee!
Kathy ~ Thanks for stopping by.
Kelsey ~ Thank you! I'm sure there are some great stagers in your neck of the woods. Just search by county or state right here on Active Rain under Home Stagers. Good Luck!
It really is incredible to see the vacant rooms come to life. Most people have no idea how big a room is when it's empty. Rooms that look small and drab in the "before" shots become spacious and inviting. Thanks for sharing!
David, this is absolutely beautiful work! I am very impressed with your obvious talent.
Kate ~ You are so right that rooms tend to look smaller when they are empty. Many times it's hard for buyers to imagine that a bed can even fit in a smaller size room when there is actually plenty of space.
Annie ~ Thanks so much. I saw your website last week and was equally impressed with yours. Best of luck!
Lovely work!
We are staging a home in the Bay area right now, unfortunately the homeowner strongly objects to anything black or white (especially flowers) regardless of appealing to the masses.... This rules out most of our furnishings and has actually become an interesting challenge.
Just had an opportunity to see your photos.....great work as usual! I really enjoy seeing your photos.
Margaret
Lynette ~ Thank you! Make sure you let your owners know that you are not staging the house for them to live in, but to sell, and their personal design taste is not a factor in selling the home. It's why they hired you to stage it. Good luck with them. Hope you share some pics when you finish.
Margaret ~ Thanks for your feedback. Hopefully we'll be sharing more soon.
