Synergy Staging was recently asked by a local builder to stage two of their properties near Portland, Oregon. After sitting on the market for many months, these wonderful homes were just not selling, despite multiple showings and the beautiful workmanship. We've worked with builders many times, but have never staged two houses at the same time that were next door to each other. This was a large job that we paced over 3 days to get just the results we wanted.
13899 SW 95th Avenue, Tigard, OR ~ $499,900

Here are some of the Before and After Photos of this home

The Living Room and Dining Room were partially staged with furniture from a rental company at a very high cost.
The owners decided to invest their money in professional staging to have a more complete and cohesive look throughout the entire home, although we did use their sofa and love seat.

The office off the entry was not very welcoming before staging.

The Guest Rooms were very small, so we staged one of them with a full bed and dresser (not seen) to show potential buyers that there is more room than there seems when it is empty.

The rooms look great and your photos are fantastic. Everybody in OR should hire you!!!!!
very nice. much better.
Coco ~ Thanks again for your nice encouragement.
Chrissie ~ Thank you!
David ~ Your staging is so much better than "theirs" and correctly highlights the best features of this home. It must have been convenient that the 2 homes were next door to each other!
David: OK House #1 looks great. Very warm and cozy. I'm off to see House#2.
Maureen ~ Thanks! It was nice that they were next door to each other, but made us approach the job as one huge one instead of two separate ones. We enjoyed working on these homes.
Michelle ~ Always appreciate your comments. Thanks! I'll be in LA in February - hope to see you then.
David -- what a transformation! I was hooked from the first photo -- I'm so glad that first rug was rolled up and taken away! Their "office" gave me a chuckle too -- how many vacant houses have we seen that look like that! Your work was far and away better than the original job. It will be interesting to see how quickly these sell after being on the market so long before your help.
Leslie ~ Thanks for the nice comments. I've seen lots of entries with a table and tv for the Realtor showing the open house. Never a great first impression. I'll update this when they sell!
