Synergy Staging recently staged a luxury condo in downtown Portland. This unit was being sold by the owner and had been on the market prior to our staging the property. This is a high end building in a very desirable area. The Open Houses had been attracting many buyers, but no offers were being presented. Although the condo had a few furnishings and rugs, it really needed to be staged to properly showcase the unit.

The Master Bedroom was small, but looked larger once it was staged with a queen size bed.
Prior to staging, buyers had a hard time imagining how to use the narrow second bedroom.
Once it was staged as an office and guest bedroom, the room made sense.
After the unit was staged, an offer was made and accepted just 3 days later! Since it was an all cash offer our staging was only in the unit for a total of 12 days. The sale closed 13 days after staging! The owner credited home staging with the quick sale and positive response.
Even in the current market, homes that are priced appropriately and professionally staged are selling quicker than ever!

Randy ~ It's me! We recently had new headshots taken at our last staging association meeting. I usually don't like pictures of myself, but this one turned out okay.
Patti ~ We did take the photos. Our camera doesn't have quite as wide of a lens as we'd like, but it's served us quite well. We use a Kodak Easyshare P880.
I love those big mirrors, but they sooo heavy. Looks beautiful!
Cindy ~ Those big mirrors make a great statement, don't they? Using either hercules hooks or a nail in a stud makes them very secure on the wall.
Hi David ~ That condo just didn't make sense before your staging showed buyers just how they could live there. Congrats on the lightning-fast sale! We love to hear these staging success stories!
Maureen ~ These staging stories are exactly the type we like to hear and share. They were going to just bring in two beds - fortunately they decided to stage it so there could be a cohesive look through the whole unit!
Clearly it made a huge difference to that home owner and I wish more sellers would realize how much stagging can make a difference and that a few thousand can net you even more than the money you spend on stagging.
