Staging Benefits All Price Points - Even Those Under $100k

We stage all types of properties - single family homes, condos, townhouses, apartments, and multi-million dollar listings.  Staging is an important factor for any listing.  Buyers are looking for move-in ready homes priced well.  Staging helps buyers see how they can live in a home and helps them emotionally connect to the property.  These are the homes that are consistently selling the quickest.

Synergy Staging just staged a one bedroom condo listed for under $100,000.00.  This is probably the lowest priced unit that we have staged, but what a difference it made.  The investor understands the impact of staging, and also completely updated the unit with new countertops, cabinets, appliances, carpeting, etc.  It really shines!  We are hoping for a quick sale on this one.

I agree that staging needs to be done at all price points.. The owners sometimes just don't realize what a difference it can make.. As far as homes under $100k?  ---- Haven't seen one of those for quite some time... guess it is the market that we are in here, to the North of you a spell....

It sure did make a difference. WOW! The furniture and accessories truly made this look like a million bucks.

Congratulations. Your home staging is being featured in the group Staging Before and After Pictures.

Very nice!  My experience has been that the lower priced properties usually benefit the MOST from staging!

Nice Job: The bathroom looks amazing in the before and after. The sink stands out only when staged otherwise it looks out of place and like something left behind.

Great spin on staging. Many home sellers feel that their home isn't priced high enough to warrant staging. You've proved its not true. We are staging 2 condos this will that will probably sell in the low $200,000 range, which is super cheap in the Los Angeles area. But the seller is insistent that home staging is the way to go to sell them faster and for a higher price. I'm glad they are on board.

You did a great job David. The condo looks like it is worth much more than the selling price.

I love seeing how staging can transform a property!  It sure does shine :)

Darren ~ Luckily this investor does understand the impact of staging. This is a great time to buy a property if you can make everything align.

Kathy ~ Thanks so much for the feature!  There is just no comparison between an empty and staged room.

Kim ~ We're hoping this one benefits.  There is a lot on the market right now, so staging and move-in ready definitely help set listings apart from others.

Mary ~ It was interesting to see the quality of upgrades in this unit.  The bathroom is really nice.  Thanks!

Michelle ~ Sounds like your seller understands what it takes and how to get the edge.  Good luck with those!

Lina ~ The transformation is the most rewarding part.  Thank you.

Really nice work, David!  The condo looks so much more spacious the way you staged it.

David: The condo looks so cute and cozy! You did a fantastic job showing that even the low-end homes can look upscale. Your work is a fantastic testimony to the value of staging ANY price point.

Diana ~ Thank you - it's always amazing how small spaces look large when furnished.

Debra ~ It's true that staging is beneficial for any price point - and both properis for sale and rent.

I couldn't agree more with you! I really like the bedroom--normally I wouldn't put a desk in a bedroom, but I think it's really helpful here because it's probably a small space. Last week I staged a vacant property that will list for around $125,000. A good stager can work within the owner's budget and it looks like that's what you did. Great work David!

Great work in making the condo feel more comfortable and spacious!

Posted by James Wydick, MBA, Broker, REALTORĀ® (Allen Tate Realtors) 9 months ago

Cathy ~ We don't normally put a desk in a bedroom, but because the unit was so small we wanted to show that there was room for a workspace, since most people would probably want one in there.  Thanks for your comments.

James ~ The staging did make it feel more spacious which is always a good thing!

Great job.  I've always said that you don't have to be a millionare to befit from staging.

Hopes this sells quickly so you can add it to your sold portfolio

Great work again David.

I agree with Kim - it is often the lower priced properties that would benefit the most from staging and they are the ones who think they cannot afford it.

Staging benefits all properties, regardless of price range and regardless of the economic conditions.

Virginia ~ Agreed that anyone can benefit from staging.  We'll update as soon as we have a sale.

Sharon ~ It's just a matter of working with the owners budget to make it work for everyone.  The investment is important in the current market.

David, this is a great way to show people that Staging can benefit EVERY property. I agree that the average every day homes actually benefit even more than the multi-million dollar estates b/c they get a bigger "bang for the buck" so to speak. :) Very smart clients + a very talented Stager = SUCCESS!

David, the condo looks exceptional.  Yes, big or small, stage them all!

Posted by Beverly Carlson (Carlson Properties) 9 months ago

Annie ~ You are right about bang for the buck.  An every day home can use the feel that staging brings since there aren't as many bells and whistles as on a multi-million dollar estate.

Beverly ~ Thanks!  Fact is, everything should be staged to have the best edge in selling quickly and for top dollar.

Great job! Glad you put the toilet seat down, too!

Don't you hate when toilet seats are up in marketing photos?  Thanks for the comment.
