Great comparison with your use of Before & After shots! Every reason why sellers should only hire a professional stager when preparing their homes for the market!

One of the most important aspects of selling a home, is getting Buyers to want to see it in the first place. The Staging/Photography relationship in marketing is the most critical. No matter how good an Agent thinks they are, if the home isn't presented favorably online, their range of buyers decreases dramatically.
Think of it as foot traffic, the more folks that come by and see a beautiful home online, the greater the possibility, they'll ask for a showing. The more showings, the more opportunities to sell. It's a game of numbers.
